VOCAL MUSIC
Congratulations to Elizabeth Hinton, Kristin Sandoval and Sierra Stevens who successfully passed the audition for the Southern California Vocal Association Middle School Honor Choir. Kristin was also chosen to sing in a second ensemble in this event.
LIBRARY NEWS
Stop by the library and check-out a book this week to join in the Superbowl fun.
ANIME CLUB
Anime Club will be meeting in the library after school today from 3:15-4:00
BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
Tomorrow at break Josh Huanosto’s team will be playing against Gabe Lopez’s team and Tyler Connally’s team will be playing against Avery Jones’ team. Today there is no Basketball game.
JUMP MEETING
There will be a mandatory JUMP meeting on Monday, Feb. 6th at lunch in room 503. Bring your lunch dessert will be provided.
VISION AND HEARING FOR 8TH GRADERS
Next Monday, February 6th eighth graders will be screened for Vision and Hearing. If you wear eyeglasses bring them to the screening.
PROMOTION PARTY TICKETS
Next Tuesday, February 7th at break in the quad PTA will be collecting for the Promotion Party. Tickets are $40.00. Checks make payable to BYMS PTA.
SPIRIT PARTY
Our next Spirit Party is next Wednesday, February 8th. The list of invited students will be posted on the Attendance window by Tuesday, February 7th.
