School Year Registration Information

Most of the registration information and required forms will be posted on this website.

Additional registration information and forms that cannot be posted on the web site, will be mailed to each family during the summer. 

If you have not received your mailed forms by August 16^th
or, you are not able to print the registration forms from this website, please contact the school office on or after August 16th.

Please download, print and fill out and bring to registration all the forms that are listed in the "Forms - Print and Return" folder.

All information can be downloaded and printed if desired.
